A fashion and lifestyle blog by me, Lindsey Plantenberg. I have recently decided to start doing a blog to share my love for fashion and shopping. What better way to share all my great finds than this? I have been a fashion and shopping addict since landing my first job with the GAP in high school. That part-time job that was to help me have gas money soon turned into a full-blown love! I still to this day have a small piece of my heart is designated to the GAP and the job that kick started my career in retail and fashion! A career that went on for 16 years. Now a husband, many moves, new houses, numerous pets and two kids later I have arrived here! This is my part time job next to being a fulltime wife, mommy and small business owner!
Which leads me to my business! I own Avella Boutique, a women’s online fashion website, specializing in on trend yet affordable styles for women of all ages! Don’t worry this blog is not going to be just me promoting by store, quite the contrary. This is a way for me to share my love of all different fashion trends that spans well beyond just what is carried in my store. I have been told for years that my style and taste in fashion is, well, unique. I love to change things up, wear different styles and mix in match in sometimes unconventional ways. I love at putting my outfits together like it’s an art form. (art is another true love of mine along with theatre!) To me, my outfits are different characters each day that help carry me through this crazy journey I’m on called motherhood! Anyone else on that crazy train???
